3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete content, materials, and instructions
• Ensure they hold the rights to all submitted content
• Review and approve work within agreed timelines
• Communicate clearly regarding revisions and requirements
Online Publication Services is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late submissions from the client.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided by the client remains the property of the client.
Upon full payment:
• Final deliverables are transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed
• Online Publication Services retains the right to display work for portfolio and promotional purposes
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe on third-party rights.
All material designed by us remain the property of Online Publication Services until full payment has been rendered.

5. Copyright and Legal Compliance
Online Publication Services provides guidance on copyright protection and publishing standards. However:
• We do not provide legal advice or legal representation
• Clients are responsible for obtaining formal legal clearance where required
• We are not liable for legal disputes related to content ownership or usage

6. Payment Terms
• All services are subject to agreed pricing prior to commencement
• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Final deliverables are released upon full payment
• Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services

7. Revisions and Approval
• A reasonable number of revisions may be included depending on the project scope
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• Once final approval is given, further changes may be treated as a new project

8. Delivery and Timelines

For web-related services:
• Clients are responsible for maintaining domain registrations and web hosting payments as agreed
(Monthly or annually).
• Hosting services are subject to uptime and third-party provider limitations
• Security measures are implemented, but absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability
Online Publication Services shall not be held liable for:
• Loss of data, revenue, or business
• Errors originating from client-provided content
• Legal issues related to intellectual property or content usage
• Technical issues beyond reasonable control

• Payments are not fulfilled
• Communication breaks down significantly
Clients may also terminate services, subject to payment for work completed.
